Helpdesk calls handling

Call dispatch to System Administrator

Handling of queries and problems related to system operation

System Availability monitoring

Execution of basic operational procedures

Monitoring of automatic tasks

· Working conditions: Brussels, normal working hours 08:00 till 19:00 in shifts with some possible support interventions during Night, W-E, ….)


Prerequisites:
Skills (+ level of seniority): At least 2 years experience in IT

MS Outlook (all versions) Capable of quickly distinguish between user handling errors and products errors 

Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Microsoft XP MS Exchange 2003 Microsoft Operations Manager MMS Outlook XP BMC Patrol ITIL certification

Spoken languages: Fluent French and English.
Other interpersonal skills: Good personal organization, Stress resistant, Excellent communication skills, diplomatic, listener, Customer satisfaction oriented
